This highly visible position oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, guest experience, and team leadership within a premier resort environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture and opportunities for development.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls for an $8M annual operation.
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to execute seasonal and innovative menu concepts.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Drive results through guest engagement, staff training, and consistent operational excellence.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience within luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environments.Proven success managing teams of 50+ and annual revenues exceeding $5M.Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.What We Offer :
