MIG Welders - are you ready for a fresh start? We’re hiring experienced welders in downtown Fort Wayne on all shifts starting at $21.12+ / hr!

Welder Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $21.00 to $25.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02 : 00pm to 10 : 00pm)
  • Paid lunches
  • Pay increase and great benefits package at hire-in
  • MIG weld and fabricate large steel products
  • Complete large custom-built steel projects
  • Read and follow basic blueprints to customize project

    • Welder Qualifications :

  • Able to read basic blueprints
  • Steel-toed boots, welding gloves and helmet
  • Able to read a tape measure
  • Previous on the job MIG welding experience
  • Be able to pass a weld test
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
