Reporting to the Director of CIP and Automation, this position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from manufacturing processes to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and support decision-making in automated environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Feasibility Studies : Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for potential automation projects.
Industry Trends : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation and industrial engineering.
Trend Identification : Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in production data to recommend actionable improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
5 years related experience; or an equivalent in combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in industrial engineering converting manual processes to automated.
Ideal candidates will have a background working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, robotics, and process control systems.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software).
Six Sigma Certification a plus
