2nd Shift Quality Assurance Tech / Machine Operator Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $24.00 to $27.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03 : 30pm to 02 : 00am)

    • This dynamic role combines quality assurance responsibilities with hands-on machine operation. As a Quality Assurance Technician / Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring products meet ISO 9001 standards while also fabricating and assembling wire products.

    Key responsibilities include :

  • Performing first piece, last piece, and in-process inspections
  • Monitoring quality control systems and determining scrap vs. rework
  • Identifying improvement opportunities to enhance quality and reduce costs
  • Operating production machinery, reading blueprints / measurements, and ensuring defect-free output
  • Completing quality control documentation and reporting findings

    • 2nd Shift Quality Assurance Tech / Machine Operator Qualifications :

  • Proficient in reading a tape measure (accurate to 1 / 16”) and calipers
  • Consistent and dependable attendance with strong observation skills
  • Confident decision-making and ability to professionally enforce standards
  • Hands-on quality experience (manual measurement, not automated tools)
  • Familiar with basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
