Job Summary

As a CNC Operator at Kadon, you will operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision parts. If you're detail-oriented, take pride in quality work, and thrive in a team-focused environment—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines (Swiss, Lathe, or Mill)
• Load raw materials and set up tooling per job specs
• Make minor program and offset adjustments
• Perform in-process inspection using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow detailed instructions and quality control standards
