ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead user research initiatives : Plan, conduct, and analyze user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research methods to understand user needs and behaviors.
• User journey mapping : Create detailed user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• End user interaction : Effectively communicate and engage with end users during research sessions, interviews, and feedback collection to understand their needs and pain points.
• Design and prototype : Create wireframes, user flows, and low to mid-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate user experience concepts for validation.
• Data analysis : Analyze user behavior data, research findings, and usability metrics to inform design decisions and measure experience improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate user insights into actionable product requirements.
• Leverage emerging tools : Explore and experiment with AI-powered design and research tools to streamline workflows and enhance user research capabilities.
• Research synthesis : Document and present research findings, user personas, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Usability testing : Design and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous learning : Stay current with UX research methodologies, user testing best practices, and emerging research technologies.
