A new and unique B2B eCommerce platform has created a leading space for branded resale, aiming to positively change consumer behavior and reduce waste in the fashion industry. The organization seeks an individual with a minimum of 6+ years of technical experience, preferably from a SaaS product development background, eager to work directly with enterprise clients, leading discovery, customization, and system integrations through implementation and beyond.

As a Solutions Architect, you will use your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to shape how the platform enables brands to launch circular programs. You will lead cross-functional efforts to deploy and implement the platform, addressing new requirements and exceeding customer expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional development experience, with 3-4 years in a client-facing technical role managing projects or accounts in an enterprise setting.
• Experience working within B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments with complex implementations.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers, lead discussions, solve problems in real-time, and influence stakeholders.
