Are you an experienced, results-driven leader ready to accelerate into multi-unit leadership? We're seeking a Senior General Manager with the operational acumen, leadership maturity, and people-first mindset to quickly grow into a District Manager role.

You'll begin by taking ownership of one of our top-performing locations, learning our culture, systems, and customer experience model inside and out. Once you've demonstrated operational excellence and built a strong, engaged team, you'll transition into a multi-unit leadership role, overseeing multiple stores and mentoring fellow leaders.

Lead all aspects of a high-volume, flagship retail location

Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team

Drive key metrics : revenue, membership growth, service delivery, and profitability

Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency

Champion a customer-first culture and community presence

Model leadership excellence, accountability, and values-driven behavior

Oversee multiple store locations and their General Managers

Coach, support, and hold teams accountable to KPIs and brand standards

Conduct store visits, audits, and performance reviews

Build strategic plans to improve operations, grow market share, and drive results

Foster a culture of development, recognition, and high performance

Lead with influence, vision, and a clear focus on team success

5+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service-focused environments

Prior multi-unit assignments or high-volume management experience is a strong plus

Proven track record of developing people and building winning teams

Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics

Exceptional communicator, motivator, and team builder

Eager to grow and travel locally to support multiple locations

$60,000–$65,000+ (base + performance bonuses)
