Resort & Hotel Travel Specialist – Remote

We’re looking for motivated individuals to help clients plan resort and hotel stays worldwide. As a Resort & Hotel Travel Specialist, you’ll recommend accommodations that match each traveler’s style and budget, while overseeing the booking process from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Consult with clients to understand preferences, budget, and travel goals

Arrange accommodations plus related details such as flights, transfers, and insurance

Stay current on resort destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and beyond

Suggest excursions and activities that enhance the trip

What You Bring

Interest in travel, hospitality, and customer service

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

No prior experience required—training is provided
