DIRECT HIRE : The Licensed Master Electrician oversees electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for high-end residential and commercial audio-visual, automation, and electrical projects. This role ensures compliance with all electrical codes and standards while delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service.

Hourly Range : $45hr - $55hr

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, install, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, circuits, and systems to support AV, lighting, and smart home integrations

Review blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to determine electrical requirements

Supervise, train, and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians

Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with NEC and local codes

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver integrated electrical and AV solutions

Obtain permits, schedule inspections, and ensure adherence to state and local regulations

Manage material orders, vendor coordination, and cost tracking for electrical portions of projects

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including work logs, reports, and compliance records
• Lead safety meetings and enforce proper use of PPE and OSHA standards
• Provide technical expertise to support complex system installations and custom design projects
