Compensation : $65,000-$75,000

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM | Fully Onsite

About the Role

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking an Accountant to take on a wide range of responsibilities across accounting, finance, and HR. This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow into a senior role.

Responsibilities : Cash Flow & Banking

Reconcile cash and credit card accounts

Perform cash flow analysis and reporting

Manage online banking activities and maintain the bank relationship

Financial Reporting & General Accounting

Track expenses and reconcile general ledger accounts

Prepare journal entries, balance sheets, and income statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)

Handle year-end inventory for fiscal close (September)

Prepare audit schedules and support audit processes

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Process AP : match invoices, enter data, ensure payments, and handle tax filings (monthly / annual 1099s)

Manage AR : enter receipts, assist sales manager with credit accounts, follow up on past-due accounts

Proof and post customer service invoices

Payroll & HR Support

Process bi-weekly payroll for 15 employees

Handle payroll tax filings, EFTPS payments, quarterly 941s, and year-end W-2s

Assist with onboarding and benefits administration, including insurance and 401(k)

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance OR 2-5 years of accounting experience

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Interest in long-term career growth with the company

Preferred :

Manufacturing industry experience

Familiarity with Sage 100
