Fleet Management Expertise : Extensive experience overseeing fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance scheduling, regulatory compliance DOT, and lifecycle cost optimization.
Mechanical Background : Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance practices, supporting informed decision-making and collaboration with technical teams.
Operational Oversight : Proven experience managing P&L, setting performance benchmarks, and optimizing cost structures.
Team Development : Adept at mentoring and developing leadership talent across the organization.
Job Summary : Manages the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment within the assigned area, in alignment with corporate objectives. Span of Control : 1 locations and / or 50 to 99 assets.

A. Education and Experience : Education : Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience : 5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
