Estimated Salary Range : $115,000 – $145,000 base + performance-based bonuses

Position Summary

A premier litigation firm located in Coral Gables, Florida is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Insurance Defense Associate Attorney with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. This opportunity offers the chance to join a high-performing, collaborative legal team that is nationally recognized for its litigation expertise and client service.

The ideal candidate will work across a dynamic caseload involving personal injury defense , professional liability , and construction litigation . You will be entrusted with managing matters from inception through resolution, including court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and client advisement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of complex insurance defense litigation
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions of clients, experts, and fact witnesses
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development
• Provide legal analysis and risk assessments to clients and insurers
• Maintain regular communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
