Senior Credit Underwriter

Location : Southbury, CT (Hybrid after 2-3 month training period)

Salary : $70,000–$90,000 + Bonus Potential

What you’ll do

• Review and underwrite lease and loan applications to assess creditworthiness and risk.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and collateral details to support sound lending decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify potential risks or inconsistencies and recommend appropriate actions.
• Partner with sales and management to maintain a balanced, high-quality portfolio.

What you’ll bring

This is a full-time onsite position in Southbury, CT, Monday through Friday (9 a.m.–6 p.m.; some 8 a.m.–5 p.m. flexibility). After training, you’ll have a couple of work-from-home days each week. Competitive pay and a supportive, growth-minded culture await.
