Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in parks, irrigation systems, playgrounds, athletic fields, and site concrete. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in bidding and securing projects with cities, counties, school districts and metro districts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Develop and submit competitive bids for public works projects.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project budgets and timelines are achievable.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.
