As a Client Program Manager, you will drive complex, cross-functional programs from conception through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding client experiences. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across business units, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic insights to optimize operational performance. Accountabilities :

• Manage medium to large, complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, maintaining strong relationships and communication.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS and Voice of the Customer.
• Develop, track, and optimize operational KPIs to measure program and performance outcomes globally.
• Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completion of initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance competencies and professional growth.
• Collaborate with commercial counterparts to ensure alignment on account strategy, initiatives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate performance, strategy, and review meetings while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
