Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Finance Manager for a Large Public Accounting Firm\'s end client. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining continuity for the Workday Finance (FINS) modules, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the team through this period of transition.
The ideal candidate is a STAR performer —someone who can step into a high-visibility role, adapt quickly, and balance both strategic support and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Ownership : Lead coverage for Workday Finance (FINS) modules (not HCM).
- System Support : Collaborate with the existing team to support multiple integrated systems.
- Knowledge Transfer : Participate in KT sessions prior to the resource's leave to ensure a smooth handover.
- Continuity : Provide consistent oversight and execution during staggered leave coverage.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a reliable partner for business leaders, providing timely updates and solutions.
- Execution & Strategy : Manage both day-to-day operational tasks and broader strategic initiatives within Workday Finance.
