JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is searching for a Commercial Electrical Project Manager for one of its customers in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This person will be you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, account management, and a deep understanding of commercial construction, as well as electrical automation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 8 plus years of experience in Commercial Project Management
• strong understanding of electrical systems and automation
• ability to manage multiple projects at large scale
• strong background with CRM system, Microsoft Suite and other software tools
• previous experience reading Blueprints and Schematics
• ability to travel to client sites
