• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
• 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
• Experience with patent litigation.

The Litigation Team at Google is dedicated to advising Google on a wide variety of legal matters that pose litigation risk to our products and businesses around the world. We specialize in giving legal advice about litigation risks, and coming up with creative ways to mitigate and eliminate those risks. We also strive to think proactively, and advance Google’s position and interests with respect to legal policy based on litigation risks that we anticipate.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000-$312,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
