Key Responsibilities :
Investigate and analyze claimants' medical conditions and policy provisions to determine eligibility for benefits
Develop and execute strategies for efficient claims management and provide responsive customer service
Provide clear claim information to stakeholders and ensure accurate claim payments
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of experience in disability benefits administration or equivalent education and experience
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a remote setting
Associate degree preferred
