Engineering Manager
This Engineering Manager will :
- Lead and mentor Project Managers / Project Engineers to ensure timely, accurate project execution.
- Collaborate with Quality, Molding, Pad Printing, and Assembly teams to implement best manufacturing practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal functional groups.
- Recommend staffing, vendors, equipment, and facility improvements to support growth.
- Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485 : 2016).
- Lead projects, solve operational issues, and enforce documentation control throughout the project lifecycle.
