Job Description

Reporting directly into the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following :

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational productivity and quality.
• Supervise, mentor, and train Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely, accurate project execution.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across all departments and with customers and vendors.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with company quality systems and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Molding, and Assembly to implement best practices and improvements.
• Review and support design development for gauges, fixtures, and jigs, and assist in equipment selection and facility upgrades.
• Participate in quality audits, Material Review Board activities, and corrective action processes to uphold high standards.
• Lead and support projects aligned with company goals, including budgeting and performance reporting.
• Train personnel in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to build organizational capability.
• Manage documentation control throughout project development and resolve operational issues at all organizational levels.
