Position is Hybrid with some office time and work from home.

Full-service advertising agency is growing and seeking a full time Sr. Account Executive. If the description of responsibilities below are a good fit for you and you have experience, we want to meet you :

Client Relationship Management :

Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Regularly communicating updates, progress, and results to clients, ensuring transparent and proactive account management.

Promptly and efficiently resolving client issues and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction.

Strategic Planning and Execution :

Working with clients to develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising plans.

Ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and managing timelines and budgets.

Monitoring project progress, making adjustments as needed, and proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Ensuring the quality and accuracy of agency products and deliverables.

Business Development :

Prior experience working in automotive advertising is a must.  Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word) is a must.
