Senior Director, Head Of Us Hcp Marketing
The Senior Director, Head of U.S. HCP Marketing for our brensocatib program in CRSsNP (chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps) will be responsible for shaping and executing the professional marketing strategy to ensure successful U.S. launch readiness and long-term adoption. This role is focused on the U.S. market. This leader will focus on driving HCP engagement, advancing scientific education, and developing tailored communications focused on addressing the unique challenges of HS. This leader will also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing brand team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the professional brand strategy for brensocatib in CRSsNP, including positioning, messaging, creative development and go-to-market frameworks tailored to HCPs treating and managing CRSsNP.
- Partner with Medical Affairs and Commercial Effectiveness to ensure key clinical and research insights inform HCP strategies.
- Lead development and implementation of tactical planning, sequencing and KPIs, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment, to support brensocatib adoption at launch
- Collaborate with cross-indication brensocatib marketing teams, ensuring brand messaging is aligned as appropriate.
- Lead integrated U.S launch readiness for HCP and payer channels and represent brensocatib in go-to-market and organizational design builds
- Actively participate and represent Brand in various cross-functional meetings (e.g. Data Governance, Supply, Global Brand Strategy Team, etc)
- Work closely with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Advocacy, and Commercial Operations team members to align and compliantly execute key tactical activities
- Work closely with the financial business partner to identify and manage HCP resources
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA / advanced degree preferred.1012+ years in pharmaceutical / biotech industry, with at least 8 years in HCP, payer, or market access marketing roles.Proven success in developing and executing launch strategies and tactics targeting HCP audiences in competitive, specialty markets.Experience in respiratory, allergy and / or pulmonary preferred.Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive-level updates.Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.Experience as a people manager preferred with track record of developing talent.Proven ability to develop exceptional relationships and have an impact on or appropriately influence othersExperience working with global colleagues preferredExperience working in a franchise with multiple brands preferredExperience working in a start-up and / or mid-cap sized company highly desiredFamiliarity / experience with regulatory and pharmaceutical legal promotional review processesSuccessful track record of U.S. product launch experience also preferred.Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills and capabilityMust have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Individuals must demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.Location & Travel
Based on Candidate : Bridgewater, NJ HQ with hybrid flexibility or Purposeful Remote with expectations to be onsite in Bridgewater routinely. Up to 30% travel (domestic and international).
Pay Range : $207,000.00-289,867.00 Annual
