Operations Manager

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all operations to ensure the successful implementation of strategic and business plans, company policies and procedures, quality assurance, and financial initiatives. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including financial, internal quality outcomes, external quality outcomes, employee relations, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The Operations Manager will also oversee the development of the annual operating and capital budgets for each location and ensure compliance with budget constraints and revenue goals. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining contacts with funding sources, legislators, and political leaders, ensuring locations are compliant with client / funding source and regulatory requirements, and overseeing quality service provision consistent with applicable laws and corporate policies. The Operations Manager will work directly with Project Directors and other support staff to identify and resolve any issues relevant to the efficient and successful operations of each location. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Services, a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience, and the ability to travel locally and out of state.
