Overview

Location : Boston area including Middlesex county, Essex county, and Suffolk county (occasional in-office meetings in Lowell, MA)

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours / week - Remote in Boston Area

Focus Home Healthcare is seeking a motivated Business Relations Specialist to strengthen partnerships with referral sources across the Boston area. This role is key to building relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to connect patients with our high-quality home health services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
  • Represent Focus Home Healthcare at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Educate referral sources on services and patient care offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
  • Track referral activity and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or community relations (home health experience a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
