Position : Office Administrator and Customer Support Expert
We are seeking a self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and experience in office management and the Microsoft suite of products. You will be responsible for the general operation of our office, including :
- Greeting visitors
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Working in our CRM enterprise software to schedule customers
- Invoicing through QuickBooks Online
- Commencing the initial sales process with our proven sales training
- Purchasing office supplies and managing inventory
- Supervising office staff to ensure maximum productivity
