Superintendent - Interiors Projects - NoVA

The Superintendent - Interiors Projects - NoVA will oversee multiple projects at once (typically 2-3 active sites), manage on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout, coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections, maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site, monitor schedules and proactively address delays or issues, collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met, and maintain daily logs and site documentation.

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent - Interiors Projects - NoVA will have :

• 7+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong background in interior fit-outs, especially commercial office and / or retail
• Experience managing projects in the $100K-$2M+ range
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and safety regulations
