Job Description
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing field operations on commercial interior projects ranging from $1M-$20M. You will oversee daily scheduling, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget. Projects will span retail, hospitality, restaurant, office, daycare, and other interior sectors, with opportunities to work on base building assignments as well. Key Responsibilities :

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial interiors. Proven ability to run projects valued at $1M+ (base building experience a plus). Strong scheduling and coordination skills. Proficient in Procore. Effective communicator with subcontractors, project managers, and ownership teams. Detail-oriented and solutions-focused leader who ensures quality and safety.
