Position : Full Time (36 Hour Weeks) - Night Shift

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will :

• Employ Nursing Professional Practice : Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop and coordinate care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.
• Advocate for Patients : Partner in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
• Facilitate Learning : Create a learning environment for patients, families, and team members, including students.
• Align Practice with Safety and Quality : Ensure safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care.
• Engage in Professional Development : Pursue ongoing professional growth and practice within the legal parameters of nursing standards.
• Lead in the Practice Setting & Community : Coordinate care, collaborate with the inter-professional team, and model professional behaviors.

Compensation : The base pay range for this role is $45.65 - $84.03, with additional compensation opportunities available, such as shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
