Job Description

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol in Erie, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned hospital areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients, staff, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible throughout the facility, and respond promptly to situations as they arise. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service and communication, aligning with Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
