Part-time librarians will be included in a pool for regularly assigned reference services shifts, with the potential for special projects and instruction opportunities. Typical duties for librarians would include : Providing information to students and faculty on resources available in the library or through other sources and assisting in making these resources available both virtually and physically; participating in the development and maintenance of the collection; publicizing library resources and promoting the use of the library; providing instruction of library resources; and assisting with the formulation and maintenance of library reports and statistics.
Part-time library faculty will be expected to support a student-center, student ready library, which promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and access as well as supporting students, the philosophy and mission of the Library and Learning Resources Division. Other projects as assigned.

This is a part-time, temporary position for the 2025 fall semester, beginning August 2025. Library Faculty may teach classes as available. Assignments may include off-site locations.
