Oversee all phases of litigation from intake through trial, including client communication, case strategy, and outcome evaluation. Serve as first or second chair in trial proceedings, taking depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed. Develop and maintain strong client partnerships by offering strategic, comprehensive legal advice and clear communication. Collaborate with and guide associates to ensure excellence in legal research, brief writing, and trial preparation. Evaluate case strengths and weaknesses, propose case budgets, and deliver regular reports to both clients and firm leadership. Ensure adherence to all ethical and legal standards, continuously improving department processes.
