Job Summary
Provides support across all functional areas of Talent Acquisition, from scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding to managing post-offer activities. Responsibilities include organizing and administering recruitment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and delivering a positive candidate experience. Works under limited supervision with some independent judgment required.
Essential Job Functions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, compliant staffing process and positive candidate experience.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with managers and interview teams, and arrange travel and reimbursements when needed.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and on time.
- Audit hiring documentation for accuracy, completion, and compliance.
- Conduct new hire orientations as assigned.
- Schedule and track drug tests, physicals, and monitor background checks.
- Maintain on-site files (I-9s, requisition files, etc.).
- Administer or assist with employment tests as needed.
