Title – Salesforce Architect Location – Lisle, IL - Remote Duration : Long Term Job Description : Serve as the designated Salesforce Architect for Capgemini in Ideation and Assessment workshops. Bring deep expertise in Agentforce use case ideation and implementation, particularly within the Salesforce Sales Cloud ecosystem. Represent Capgemini’s technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce during workshops, contributing insights aligned with International’s business objectives and environment. Collaborate with International personnel to generate and evaluate innovative use cases, drawing on successful implementations from other organizations and tailoring ideas to International’s strategic goals. Assess and prioritize proposed use cases by providing guidance on : o Technical complexity o Data requirements o Salesforce customization needs o Licensing and implementation costs o Other feasibility factors Participate in on-site workshops at International’s Lisle, IL office, with remote support for activities not requiring direct collaboration. Qualifications : Salesforce Architect certification or equivalent experience. Proven track record in Agentforce and Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams. Experience in ideation and strategic assessment processes within enterprise environments.
