Position Overview :
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our custom home building company based in near Canyon Creek, TX.
The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and overall success of the business. There will be an emphasis on marketing strategy and implementation of clear career progression planning.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision and strategic growth plan.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including construction, sales, marketing, customer service, and finance.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and innovations in custom home building.
- Foster a strong company culture aligned with integrity, quality, and client satisfaction.
Operational Management
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations including project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Oversee supply chain management, contractor / vendor relationships, permitting, and construction timelines.Implement and monitor KPIs across departments to drive performance and accountability.Help to create and oversee execution of effective marketing and customer attraction strategies.Financial Oversight
Manage company financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Drive profitability through cost control, pricing strategies, and efficient project execution.Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure compliance and transparency.Team Leadership
Mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team and staff.Establish clear performance expectations and foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.Encourage training, development, and career progression for employees.Qualifications : Required :
Proven experience (10+ years) in residential construction or real estate development, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive leadership role.In-depth knowledge of the custom home building process from pre-construction through project completion.Strong financial and business acumen; ability to interpret financial reports and drive profitability.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in creating marketing strategies.Able to give examples of building successful and harmonious teams.
