Job Title : Clinical Research Coordinator

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing team in Fayetteville, Georgia. In this role, you will support the execution of clinical trials by ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate data collection-all while providing an exceptional experience for patients, investigators, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strive to improve the patient experience while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service to patients, participants, healthcare partners, investigators, sponsors, and vendors.
Execute enrollment plans for assigned studies by identifying, contacting, and screening potential participants.
Build effective working relationships with colleagues, investigators, and internal / external partners involved in clinical trials.
Support enrollment goals through patient retention strategies and community relationship building.
Ensure scientific integrity by accurately recording source data in CTMS and electronic reporting systems, completing sponsor case report forms, and resolving queries promptly.
Maintain audit-ready study documentation, including timely reporting of adverse events and investigational product deviations.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), study protocols, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
Conduct and document the informed consent process in accordance with regulatory standards.
Educate and inform the research team and healthcare staff regarding study procedures, investigational product dosing, and monitoring requirements.
Coordinate and schedule patient visits, performing visits in alignment with study protocols.
Communicate effectively with healthcare partners and external stakeholders to ensure responsiveness and resolution of issues.
Perform clinical and laboratory tasks including obtaining vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs, and collecting, processing, and shipping biological samples.
Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and adherence to organizational Core Values.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Highly proficient and experienced in phlebotomy .
Ability to manage a high daily patient volume efficiently and accurately.
Recent experience as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, or Clinical Research Coordinator required.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.
