Position Highlights :

• Unit Size : 48 beds (23 Level 3 beds and 25 Level 2 beds)
• Patient Population : Prematurity, Hypoglycemia, Transient Tachypnea, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Feeding Difficulties / Delays, Medication Withdrawal, and Whole Body Cooling
• Nurse to Patient Ratio : 1 : 1 to 1 : 3
• Department Culture : A fast-paced unit with medically complex patients, emphasizing strong communication and teamwork. We empower each other to drive new patient care initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion.
• Skills Utilized : IV Insertion, NG / OG Insertion, Strong Assessment Skills, Medication Administration

Qualifications :

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 1 year - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation range for this position is $35.22 - $60.58 per hour . This range reflects a good faith minimum and maximum for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, and shifts worked.
