A company is looking for a Senior Applied Research Scientist, Multiscale Biology.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct collaborative applied research in multiscale biology using deep learning and high-performance computing
Develop and optimize algorithms, software tools, and machine learning models for large-scale genomics or proteomics analysis
Disseminate work through open source releases and publications, and engage with industry and academic leaders
Required Qualifications
PhD or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in biology, computer science, data science, or related fields
Experience with high-performance computing, parallel programming, and GPU acceleration
Deep familiarity with experimental biology and assay design
Commitment to innovation in digital biology and drug discovery
