We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Program Director to lead and inspire our gymnastics, martial arts and sports facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for coaching and a love for working with both kids and adults.

Position : Program Director / Gymnastics Coach.

Location : Mpact Sports Inc. 121 Seaboard Lane Franklin, TN 37067.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the gymnastics and events programs.
• Develop and implement training programs for recreational and competitive XCEL gymnastics Manage and mentor a team of coaches, ensuring high standards of coaching and instruction. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
• Plan and coordinate events, schedules and showcases.
• Maintain a fun and inviting atmosphere for all participants.
