The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00 . Pay is based on several factors which vary by position, including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications. A role in Distribution and Receive Centers means being on the front lines of getting product to the guest as fast as possible—a critical differentiator and essential function within Logistics. You'll contribute to Distribution Center Operations, Quality Management, and overall Distribution Center Productivity by focusing on people, process and technology to support an evolving business.

In support of Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics, Human Resources is a critical partner in building the very best teams. As HR, you'll infuse our work with Target's distinctive retail brand by continually evolving and innovating. You'll be a strategic partner to leaders and team members who elevate the Target experience, working to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize performance and engagement across distribution centers.

As an HR Business Partner , you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. You'll support onboarding, performance management, and provide guidance to leaders and team members to be successful. You'll influence organizational change and collaborate with leaders to build teams that achieve business goals. You'll think innovatively to solve problems and deliver high-quality, efficient HR services.

About You

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas : employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
• Solid reasoning, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
• Ability to understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
• Basic knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365)
