Independent responsibility for project management, client servicing, and product implementation coordination for large, complex and specialized client requirements. IPCs are the primary interface with the client to facilitate establishment of connectivity for products and services. The associate must have strong organizational skills and will be responsible for coordination of all internal and external project related activities including the delegation of tasks quickly and effectively to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process
Requires excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to significantly impact on the ability of the department to effectively deliver products or services as well as exercising judgment and discretion to work through conflict resolution or ensure execution of project activities. Demonstrate attention to detail, team player, take end-to-end ownership, drive for results to grow the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client.
This consultative approach requires the associate to recognize, evaluate and act upon those opportunities for additional client and sales collaboration or to improve client satisfaction. Negotiates and adapts to complex, multifunctional relationships within the customer environment as well as the bank environment. Applies multi-faceted client business rules and requirements to facilitate the delivery of a client specific customized configuration of technical and non-technical solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong writing, presentation and oral communication skills
Able to take high level information and drill down to detail level that can be shared and communicated to various audience levels
Enterprise description Overview : This job is responsible for acting as the primary interface to Treasury clients. Key responsibilities include leading, directing, and coordinating the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant and depository products and services. Job expectations include providing relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) and vendors in order to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process.
