Senior System Analyst (Miami)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Analyst II to lead the design, analysis, and implementation of large-scale, complex data processing systems within specialized fields such as online and database environments. This role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication to deliver innovative, efficient, and cost-effective systems solutions.

As a team leader, you will guide projects from concept to execution while mentoring application programmers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies to respond to user requests and define analytical requirements
• Lead fact-finding interviews and evaluate management needs, goals, and system objectives
• Serve as a technical liaison between development teams and user departments
• Design systems architecture and file structures; develop modification, testing, and conversion plans
• Assess environmental impact and system growth for future capacity planning
• Train and support programmers with clear specifications and guidance
• Apply advanced theories and techniques to integrate forecasting and management systems
• Oversee major system implementations and ensure project efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare and present formal reports detailing findings and recommendations
