As a Security Professional - Retail Site Patrol - Afternoon Shift in Hagerstown, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. You will be a welcoming presence, ready to assist with inquiries and respond to situations with professionalism and care. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
