Job Overview

Lindsay EcoWater-Moorhead is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Professional. As part of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth in the Moorhead, MN area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads, and actively prospect for new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and optimize sales processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product features and benefits.
  • Proficiency in using Jobber software or the desire to learn to do so.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Valid driver's license.
