Maintenance Technicians play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance to install, maintain, repair, and disassemble machines, machinery parts, and mechanical equipment.

  • Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to repair and maintain sitewide equipment and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues reported by operators; perform both repairs and preventative maintenance on production and non-production equipment.
  • Complete daily, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities with a focus on food safety and reducing equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to update PM procedures, prioritize maintenance jobs, and contribute ideas to improve plant operations.
  • Safely operate standard maintenance tools and work with trades / components such as electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, and more.
  • Read and interpret electrical / mechanical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals to troubleshoot, modify, and install equipment.
  • Accurately document completed work and findings in maintenance software.
  • Promote teamwork and continuous improvement through regular interaction with peers and management.
  • Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and perform other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
  • Experience with a CMMS system is a plus.
  • Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Education or hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform effective repairs.
  • Ability to read and apply technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
