A company is looking for an Epic Trainer to deliver and optimize electronic medical record (EMR) training for clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, coordinate, and conduct comprehensive EMR training sessions for clinical staff and providers
Collaborate with Information Services and clinical departments to support technology rollouts and system upgrades
Develop and maintain training materials aligned with regulatory and organizational standards
Required Qualifications :
Epic Principal Trainer certifications in relevant modules
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Principal Trainer
Experience in pediatric clinical settings is preferred
Master's degree in a related field is a plus
