Roofing Project Manager Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience (TPO, EPDM, coatings, etc.)
• Project Manager has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
• Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.
• Monitor projects with respect to current status and time and materials
• Conduct regular meetings with managers and field workers
• Review and analyze budget reports and prepare and develop budget modifications and recommendations
