Position Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
Adapt lessons and materials to meet diverse learning styles and abilities
Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed
Monitor student progress and document observations
Collaborate with special education teachers, therapists, and support staff
Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive classroom environment
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel
Qualifications :
Valid California teaching credential with a special education authorization (mild / moderate or moderate / severe)
Experience working with students with disabilities in K-12 settings
Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in different classroom environments
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
