Join our dedicated team!\n\nPosition Overview : \n\nRN Unit Manager - Passport Unit\n\nSchedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.\n
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.\n
• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.\n
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards.\n
• Provide guidance and training to nursing staff.\n

• Valid state RN nursing license.\n
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.\n
• Experience in a supervisory role within a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.\n
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, especially for the aged and chronically ill.\n
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n
