- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.\n
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.\n
- Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.\n
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards.\n
- Provide guidance and training to nursing staff.\n

- Valid state RN nursing license.\n
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.\n
- Experience in a supervisory role within a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.\n
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, especially for the aged and chronically ill.\n
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n
